By using Feliz Halloween IA (felizhalloweenia.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What we offer

A tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate Halloween and Day of the Dead makeup, costume and effect images and videos from a photo. Results are AI creations: they vary, may not look exactly like the person, and are not a professional makeup service.

Your account

You need an account to generate results. You are responsible for what happens with it and you must be at least 18 years old.

What photos you can upload

Only upload photos of yourself or of people who gave you permission. You may not:

  • Upload photos of minors.
  • Upload photos of celebrities or other people without their permission.
  • Use results to impersonate, deceive, harass or defame anyone.
  • Create sexual, violent or illegal content.
  • Use copyrighted characters or brands without authorization.

We may block content or accounts that break these rules.

Credits and payments

The watermarked preview is free. HD images and videos use credits; you see the cost before generating. If a generation fails, the reserved credits are returned. Purchased credits cannot be exchanged for money, except where the law requires it. Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase; see the Refund policy.

Your photos and results

Your photos remain yours. You allow us to process them only to create and show you the result. You may use your results for personal purposes and on social media; label them as AI-generated when the platform asks. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service running, but it may have interruptions or changes. We may change or remove styles and features.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for how you use the results.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; for important changes we will let you know on the site.
