Who we are

Feliz Halloween IA (felizhalloweenia.com) is an independent tool that applies Halloween and Day of the Dead makeup, costumes and video effects to your photos with artificial intelligence. This policy explains what data we use when you use it.

What data we use

  1. Your account: name, email and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile data Google shares (name, email and profile picture).
  2. Photos you upload: the selfie or photo you choose to generate a result.
  3. Results: the images and videos the AI creates from your photo.
  4. Credits and payments: your credit balance, history and purchase status. Card details are handled by the payment processor; we do not store them.
  5. Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, needed to run the site and prevent abuse.
  6. Cookies: the ones needed to keep you signed in and, if you accept them, analytics cookies.

How we use your photos

Your photo is only used to create the result you ask for and show it to you. We do not use it to train AI models, we do not publish it and we do not sell it.

To generate the result, the photo is processed by our platform's AI service. It is only used to create your result.

How long we keep data

Photos and results are kept in our storage while you need them to download from your account. You can ask us to delete them at any time. Account data is kept while the account exists; payment records are kept as long as the law requires.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with the services we need to run the tool:

  • Hosting and storage (Cloudflare).
  • AI image and video processing by our platform's AI service.
  • Payment processors, when you buy credits.
  • Google sign-in, if you choose it.
  • Analytics tools, only if you accept their cookies.

We may also share data when the law requires it.

Minors

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and photos of minors are not allowed.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, including your photos and results. Write to us from My account → Support Tickets and we will do it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, let you know on the site.
